Save Saturday night, February 18^th for the Springfield Tri Club’s Winter Social. If you are interested in joining the club, come see what it’s all about. There will be membership forms at the door if you want to join or renew your membership.

Samples of tri club apparel will be there and we will be taking orders (we need to get ten items before placing an order with Champion).

We’ll be presenting the Triathlete of the Year award at this event, as well as presenting a representative from GenH with a check from the Kids’ Triathlon.

Winter/Spring TriSwim Workshops

Nancy Alexander is offering TriSwim Techniques 1.0 the weekends of January 28-29, 2012; and March 3-4, 2012. This is a great opportunity for the swimphobic beginner or veteran triathlete who needs to overhaul their swim stroke. Participants receive six hours of intensive stroke breakdown and buildup.

TriSwim 2.0 workshop will be offered April 28-29, 2012.

Both sessions will be held at Eisenhower Pool in Springfield.
